Who called from 2056320015

We receive multiple calls from this number every day offering to lower our credit card rates. I have repeatedly asked them to remove us from the call-list and to stop calling. Today, they just hung up on me not waiting for me to ask them to stop. We are on the "do not call list" and these calls continue.  Why?

205-632-0015 keep calling and keep calling. I just reported them to the Do Not Call Registry.

I tried that star 78 thing and it works.  Rings once or twice and they're gone.  Good-bye Alabama scammer.

*78 Activation, *79 Deactivation - Do Not Disturb - Provides the subscriber the opportunity of having all calls intercepted by the CO switch whenever the line is programmed for Do Not Disturb. The calling party will receive a message indicating the station is in Do Not Disturb condition.

Please read those instructions very closely.
*78 will intercept ALL calls ... not just those of the scammer, unless your phone provider has a nonstandard system.

Perhaps you meant *77?
(But that does not block non-Anonymous calls)

Received a call from 1-205-632-0015.  CID was Tuscaloosa.  I gave it the old one ring pickup and immediate hang up.
