This is not a "crank" call or someone with too much time on there hands. These are very malicious phishing scams, I would advise if you get these calls report it to your service provide and they will normally block the number from there network.
got a call from the number 206-201-2799 saying this was a final notice to us regarding an IRS lawsuit to be filed against us. I called the sherriff and will file a police report. The IRS does not call you.....
I got a phone call from 6314065168 saying that a lawsuit was being filed against us from the I.R.S. and I should call 2062012799. I was just checking on another number for a scam from 7245966574. The I.R.S. will send you mail not call you.
