This is not a "crank" call or someone with too much time on there hands. These are very malicious phishing scams, I would advise if you get these calls report it to your service provide and they will normally block the number from there network.

Message left on machine that we are quote being sued by the IRS" – call 206 – 201 – 2799… Call back answered by a heavy? Southern? Accent who, when asked where their office was – hung up the phone.
Area code 206 is Seattle Washington – I called IRS in Seattle Washington (area code 220) and they said they had no 206 numbers in the state of Washington.
Probably is a relative of LOIS LERNER...
Should be boiled in oil, and hung by their THUMBS.
Just received call from 201 – 2799 (area code 206).
I called back – heavy southern accent answered and when I asked the nature of the call, hung up.
