Better than that, don't bother answering.  Most of us has caller ID and if you see a number or name you don't recognize, let it go.  There will usually be no message in your voice mail if they are illegitimate which is probably 90% of the time you receive unrecognizable calls

Same deal, "I'm Heather... "  They've called innumerable times; today I decided to answer, find out who, what they are.  No thanks...

"Hello, this is Heather"  I get calls from this # every few days.  This is quite irritating because I have asked to be removed from their call lists on numerous occasions and they still keep calling me.  Furthermore, the # that they are calling me on is an emergency communication asset aboard my passenger vessel and its purpose is to function as a redundancy back up for our emergency radio gear.  Any non authorized use of that asset endangers my vessel, crew and company. In effect, their incessant calls could be characterized as acts of tampering with an emergency communications system. Such acts are considered by federal law enforcement specialists as felony crimes and could be considered as acts of terrorism.

I will be speaking with federal authorities this afternoon about this issue.  Something must be done!
