keep receiving calls from 1-206-397-1902 telling me "no problem with my credit card but eligebility for low interest rates running out"  when got operator was told their service is connected to VISA, Mastercard etc., to get us lower interest rates - have repeatedly asked to be removed from their list - our number is on the "No-Call" list. Where can I file a complaint about this outfit?

Your states Attorney General. Also the FCC.

They are a scammmers they started to read off my credit card number, mind you I did not give them any info, I told them I did not know who they h*ll they were but I assume they were scammers. I then called my credit card company account closed, and new card re-issued and refer them and their number to the credit card fraud unit. Next I'm contacting the 3 credit agencies to put a credit alert on my info.  Do not let the bozo's get away with this.

I got a call to, out of curiosity I  hit the option to hear more, got a man with strong Idia accent, could barely hear him. He named two credit ards trying to get me to confirm I had account with them. I only said maybe, he wanted to help me lower % rate, I said no, I will call bank myself. I then called one of my Credit cards and got the fraud department, lady told me I did the right thing in not giving any personal info.

I get these calls a lot. Here is the solution. At least it
doesn't ruin my day. Whenever I get these annoying calls from
area codes 206, 800, 866, 877 etc., I don't ever bother answering
them. I don't give them the satisfaction of talking to them. Why
bother with wasting even one second of your day with talking to these
ignorant losers on the other end who can't even find a burger
flipping job? I look at my caller ID first and if it is one of them,
I just let it ring. Set your ringer to only 2 rings before your
answering machine kicks in. Whatever you do, don't pick up the phone
everytime you see them calling. Yes, it is annoying to hear the phone
ring with these morons bothering me all the time. Get on the DNC and
do it often until it stops. Whatever you do, NEVER give out any of
your personal information to these slime balls. If you DO answer their
calls, ask their name, their company's name, location ask exactly what
they need and for what. There are obviously a number of things a person
can do to get rid of these sewer rats. Use your imagination and see
what happens. Just don't let them ruin your day and be cool.
