Who called from 2064960417

I called the number back and it gave me the option to unsubscribe by pressing one. i did so hopefully it will not happen again.

Card holder services has called me twice without my permission. I am on the Do Not Call List but they have called me anyway.

I called them and pressed #1 to be taken off their list. But how does that work when my number going out to them is blocked by AT&T? Do they see past calle ID blocking and if not, how do they take you off their list?

Just got a call on my cell. It said Washington and since I have a client in Washington I answered it.  I got the long pause, as in marketing calls, then they hung up.  I just checked the number online and it is indeed marketing. I rarely use my cell phone. How dare them bother me on that phone.
