Who called from 2064960417

Got a call from this number on my cell phone so I called back and they lowered my interest rate. Then they asked me if I would like to send money to a Nigerian prince and in return I would get a crap load of money as thanks. Then they told me I won a grand prize vacation for two to the Bahamas and all I had to do was send them a deposit which I would get back.  I totally did, I mean a $500 deposit on a vacation to the Bahamas is a sweet deal.

I've answered, but they just hang-up.. No nothing call and nothing, what do they want?

It floors me when a telemarketer calls me and then HANGS UP on me when I ask them questions.

phone rang and no one was there. called the number back and no one answered.
