No message, just a missed call ... don't know this number at all

Now I have SPAM on my cell phone!  This is the second time that I received an offer to reduce my credit card interest rate on my "current credit card" from this number.

Yes this is a scam.  They are phising people who are strugling with credit cards payments and want to gather your personal information.  Avoid them and do not answer these calls!  Got a call yesterday 2:54PM even though I have asked them to put me on their do not call list.

Not a good idea. You've just informed them that your number IS actually working and someone answers it. Hope it doesn't make you get even MORE calls.
