Robo call to offer a reduction in credit card fees.  This caller is smarter than the FCC who cannot or will not stop these illegal calls.

Called 10-5-2012 @ 14:31, wish I had been able to waste some of their time.

My call just like the others. My "block call" list sure is long. No help from Do Not Call. Fin SVC. was the listing on caller ID.
