Good luck getting these pirhanas to quit calling! I caught their call a dozen times after receiving a 'last call' for over 3 years. I told every life form that answered the phone that they need to connect me with someone that can answer my questions and they 'put me on hold' only to have the phone go dead and I get a dial tone.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group, a public utility operated in part by F Antone Accuardi of Portland Oregon.  They are a public utility that uses a foreign "shell" company to enter into revenue sharing agreements with illicit telemarketers.  This is a likely violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
