Yes. Also I bet they never call anyone in state of Washington. I am about as far from Washington state as I can be. I am in Ga.

This information is only the telephone company that provides these morons with phone service (not the actual caller)

Just received this reply from the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission about my complaint on this telephone number:

"We have determined the telephone number you reported as the source of the calls is owned by Pacific Telecom Communications Group (Pacific Telecom) located in Los Angeles, California. Pacific Telecom provides telephone numbers, many of which have 206 area codes, to subscribers. However, many of the subscribers who obtain the 206 telephone numbers from Pacific Telecom are not located in Washington State. Please report these calls to the Federal Trade Commission by filing a complaint online at www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx."

If you call the number back, there is a recording that allows you to press 1 to be removed from their call list.  They say it takes 24 hours to process.  I just did it so we will see if it works!
