You can if you have an Androide cell phone. The App is called "tcallBlocking". There is a free version in which you can block up to 3 ph. numbers and then a full version that costs $2.00, allowing you to block unlimited numbers. I just bought the full version to use the wild card. By using the wildcard, you can block an entire area code by entering <206*>.
I have been getting the same calls from various different "206" area code numbers, so I found this App and it has been working for me.
Whatever it takes to shut this annoyance down wil be truly appreciated. I'm getting daily calls from these people. They are scam artist trying to rob us! Thanks
IND SUR GROUP is the CID that shows up. They are actually hanging up on you because it's a computer program searching for a fax machine. When a fax answers it sends a connect tone which is what they are looking for. When a fax answers you get a BS fax. The only way I found this out is they actually did call my fax machine. If you got a voice call, don't flame me. I'm just stating my experience with these a-holes at IND SUR GROUP.
