You can if you have an Androide cell phone. The App is called "tcallBlocking". There is a free version in which you can block up to 3 ph. numbers and then a full version that costs $2.00, allowing you to block unlimited numbers. I just bought the full version to use the wild card. By using the wildcard, you can block an entire area code by entering <206*>.
I have been getting the same calls from various different "206" area code numbers, so I found this App and it has been working for me.
SCAM ALERT. Posing as a political survey and offering a free trip to the Bahamas as a reward for participating. The bimbo who answers says, "Are you flustrated..." "Flustrated" ain't a word, my dear. It's either "frustrated" or "flustered" which have different meanings. Illiterate, thieving morons.
Yeah, I answered. These sh**h**ds call every day at 1P so I figured I should find out who they are for the good of 800notes..
The reason you get the "not in service" message is because they call from a line that can't accept calls, just like if you were to call from your workplace and inside a factory for instance, one that has multiple lines from one MAIN number. No different than trying to call back a payphone although some used to accept calls and maybe some still do for them too.
Ignore it, report it, block it, it's all you can do. I let my voicemail answer ALL my calls on the landline anyway......
