This number will not go to any one individual or even any City of Seattle office. City calls are routed through trunk lines, which ever is available when the call is placed. A prior commentor is correct, could be any City of Seattle Office is placing an outgoing call that has been routed to this trunk line.
This is a spoofed phone number from the City of Seattle, which prevents city callers in different agencies, including 911 from automatically giving away their phone number. This prevents a variety of issues, including retaliatory phone harassment and interference with the city worker's jobs.
These people call me 3 times everyday! Who the hell are they? No message, just a sound of someone hanging up. I would like to trace that call back to the cubicle of the person calling me and wrap that cord around their neck.
I have received 2 calls from this number today on my cell phone. This is a work cell phone and hardly anyone has my number. No idea who it is an they do not leave a msg.
