Sheesh, could they *possibly* add any more buzz-words to this obvious fraud?
and p.s., all of my accounts are up to date and there is nothing even derogatory in my credit report, so clearly they are throwing out "scary" words to make someone panic and send them money.
Hint: even if you had a bad account, debtor's prisons were abolished a very very long time ago. Don't fall for it, block & ignore.
this is NOT a legitimate company... do NOT pay them... they are violating federal and state laws by threatening consumers with action they cannot take... report them to the Federal Trade Commission or your Attorney General... they can't do anything to you.
They call all the time 2 different #s so far . They call 3 or 4 time a day saying the same thing. It is harassment ,when I call back no one answers at all . these people need to be reported .
Can you tell me how we can make them stop? Every time I block them they call from a new number. This has been going on for three years now. I am at a point where I want to change my cell phone number that is my business phone number too. Any help would be great
I received a message from 208-968-979, saying there was a complaint against me. gave me a case #. Said something about showing up at my home or work. I called the # several times. no answer. I left a mess. I hope they callback so i can be entertained.
