I received at least two calls from these people. They claim I took out a short term loan from them and I didn't. I did take out one of these loans because the credit rating agencies said I need more recent credit experience on my record but it was not with Easy Cash International, USA. The company I am working with and I are in full communication with each other, I think. They in fact deposited the money we agreed to as a loan amount a few weeks ago and took out their required fee this past Friday from my bank account. I have received what amounts to at least fifty offers from all kinds of companies offering these short term, payday, ect. loans but not Easy Cash International, USA, according to my research.
I have every intention of paying my due obligations. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything at this time. They just may have gotten their information wrong.
I too was scamed by this company. One of those payday loan places on the internet must had sold this company my info. I did some research on these people claiming they're debit collectors @ a law firm; They are from Victorville, CA. Please learn from my mistake, that cost me $100.00 never apply for a loan online,inless its from a Bank or company you know. Im turning them into The BBB. on phone tracer. com I found out that these scum bags are calling from a landline, phone carrier is-Pac-West Telecomm, Inc.-CA, county-Stanislaus, hopefully my bank will pay the fee to find out the owner of this number; Then Im calling the police on them.
OMG! Every morning I am getting a phone call from the same guy claiming his name is Michael Jones and he has a HEAVY accent and gives me this number as a call back number. Every time he leave a voicemail message saying he better hear from me or my attorney and if he doesn't the only thing he can do is wish me "good luck" and he "feels sorry for me." I can never get ahold of them though! After this last message I will definately be calling my local PD, this is definately fraud!
Me too, he called me 5 times today and 3 times at work...i don't know what to do.. how he got my info i am in new york. I wish i could call the cops on this guy..he said his name was david wright.. like the baseball player..this is creepy, whatever you do do not answer. it is a scam
My husband and I recently have had one place call from a different number saying we were being sued and that we needed to get an attorney... Long story short we got a attorney consultaation gave them the fax number to fax info and they didn't seem interested so we looked up the number and found out it was fraud. My husband called back and the guy was talking about me sexually and just being nasty. Well today we get a call from the same number as you guys and they said we were being sued for an unpaid loan. Luckily I didn't answer or I would have went crazy on them! Ohh and to top this all off... We called the cops and told them what happened and he said he had the same exact phone call and we could not do anything about it. My husband is calling the federal trade center and reporting them!
