I received at least two calls from these people. They claim I took out a short term loan from them and I didn't. I did take out one of these loans because the credit rating agencies said I need more recent credit experience on my record but it was not with Easy Cash International, USA. The company I am working with and I are in full communication with each other, I think. They in fact deposited the money we agreed to as a loan amount a few weeks ago and took out their required fee this past Friday from my bank account. I have received what amounts to at least fifty offers from all kinds of companies offering these short term, payday, ect. loans but not Easy Cash International, USA, according to my research.
I have every intention of paying my due obligations. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything at this time. They just may have gotten their information wrong.
I have been receiving voice messages all day asking me to call this number back. The number that populates on my phone is (320)051-685, which is not a full U.S. number, but my caller ID says MN, USA. On my voicemail, and at the time I answered, they asked for someone I knew. I asked how they got my number, because that person is not a relative and had never lived with me. I asked what it was in regard to and why they were calling and they hung up. The voicemail message is a woman from India or somewhere similar and she states that the matter is time sensitive and if the person they are calling for or an attorney representative didn't call them back in a timely manner they would refer them to ... she doesn't say, but then continues on to say she can only wish them luck in the outcome. When I called back, there is no name on the voicemail and it says the mailbox is full.
I recieved the same call today. They called me 6 times. Told me that that someone is suing me and that I need to give them my attorney info or call Angela Parker at an "809" phone number. I hung up on them and they kept calling back and then they yelled at me for hanging up on them. This person said they are a paralegal executing my info and they had my last 4 digits of my social! SCARY!
I just called the FTC on these POS people omg they are pissing me o the F OFF I hate crooks stupid Iraqi BIOTCH just call the FTC if you get a call from them
i recieved a call from these fools today telling me they were going to have me arrested at my job or home tomorrow. I asked those non english speaking dummies who they were and they pushed the mute button to discuss what answer they would give me. a real lawyer would harass like they did. they called 18 times. really?? my sister works for fox 11. i will have her let the fox team investigate and do a special. hopefully she has enough pull and fox is interested enough to respond. tootles and deuces.
this is becoming a trend. these companies are posing as possible lenders, and buying data from other lenders, but all they do is call to scam people. Amazing how there is a new scan invented everyday in this world...
