I received at least two calls from these people. They claim I took out a short term loan from them and I didn't. I did take out one of these loans because the credit rating agencies said I need more recent credit experience on my record but it was not with Easy Cash International, USA. The company I am working with and I are in full communication with each other, I think. They in fact deposited the money we agreed to as a loan amount a few weeks ago and took out their required fee this past Friday from my bank account. I have received what amounts to at least fifty offers from all kinds of companies offering these short term, payday, ect. loans but not Easy Cash International, USA, according to my research.
I have every intention of paying my due obligations. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything at this time. They just may have gotten their information wrong.
I received the same message not once but twice on my cell phone. I never borrowed any funds from payday loan co. the also called my work number. I reported them to the FTC and put a fraud alert on my credit for 90 days.
I also received a phone call from this number with a message from a very hard-to-understand individual. Seems like they are using the same script since he said his name was "Scott" and he was a lawyer and I was getting sued, and this matter was very "time sensitive". I, too, have never borrowed money so I knew something was wrong. The man I spoke to was very rude, and when I questioned him, he hung up on me. I reported to the FTC.
I got a call from sean White at my job saying i was beening suied for a loan that i had not payed back i never got a pay day loan from anyone i was on the web site looking but decided the rates was to high so i didnt proceed with the application now they are calling me on my job threating to tell my employer that i have commited fraud with checks and that they are going to arrest me for commiting fraud. they need to stop harssing me on my job not alowed to recive personal phone calls.
