This is a scam. They called saying that there was a lawsuit against me for a paid day loan. They have called my cell and my job. At first i believed it than i started thinking about and asked for more information and the number to the company and they would not give me any futher information on the lawsuit other than saying i need to pay them X amont of money, but i refused. About a month went by and they started calling again, this time when i mentioned my lawyer the hung up on me. so please do not fall for this scam.

To anyone checking out this thread - do not pay any attention to "kk" Scroll down and read the post by "the saint" it has alot of informtation about this scam. If you get a call form these people DO NOT fall for thier threats and lies, DO NOT pay them any money - they cannot do any of the things they say - you will not be arrested - they are not going to "download" papers to the court or garnish your wages. They have stolen your info and there is no debt. Repoprt them to your state attorney general, post comment on this site to warn others and file a report on www.ic3.gov. Be prepared they have lots of names and numbers they call from - I have been dealing with this for over a year.
This "kevin foster" is NOT an attorney. He is nothing more than a low life thief who has stolen peoples information and is trying to steal money form them with claims of fake loans or bad checks. Do not give them any money - they are liars! No one is coming to arrest you - do not let them intimidate you. Verify all of your debt with your original creditors - they will also tell you this is a scam
You should be ashamed of yourself. People like you should be behind bars for harassing innocent hardworking people. I am a firm believer that wicked people like you eventually get what you deserve.
