Nasty scam. Callerid "Crows Landing CA"

This is a verbal notification for you in regards to the enforcement action started on your name. My number is 209-690-7397. Again my number is 209-690-7397. Now if for any reason you're busy to call back I would strongly suggest you to have your retained attorney to do it for you as a delay in calling us might end up into a legal mess for you. I hope you will take this right and call me back this is Brian Walker with the Department of Legal Affairs. Looking forward to speaking with you."
Same script as above but now caller says he is Matt Peterson....funny Matt sounds like he is from India rather than the Legal Affairs Department of the US Treasury.
Just received the exact same call, word for word. Sounds like they're reading from a script, except person to call back was Andy Parker with a heavy accent from perhaps India. Please don't fall for this scam. Do not call them back!
