Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Had this same call... asking for my husband but knew my name as well.. Said his name was Shaun Dyson and that he was from the US Treasury Dept. Legal Affairs and that my husband needed to call back with a case # he gave me. He was very belligerent when I told him I thought this was a scam and he told me my husband would be arrested if he did not call back at that number.. He was looking for our lawyers name as well. He said that Inspector Ethan Smith was in charge of the case... and that there was a lawsuit out against my husband.. I finally just hung up on him when he was talking in circles, being very agitated and not giving me any answers..
