Received same voice mail message as comments above. Annoyed, I called the number back and immediately said "why are you calling and harassing people?" I'm totally serious when I tell you his reply was "wait, wait, (and some other Indian-accented jibberish I couldn't make out) slow down and stop biting my dick". I doubt if that's what the Treasury Dept's legal team would say. And like others have said, there's all kind of background noise and childrens' voices. Also not likely to be heard at the US Treasury Dept.
Heavy Indian accent from Andy Parker who left message for wife using first and last name. Department of Legal affairs only, not us treasury. He said there was a legal issue in regards to enforcement action that has been started under her name. If she doesn't call back to have attorney call back. That delaying in calling will turn into a legal mess for her.
Yeah, "Andy Parker" left me a threatening voicemail on behalf of some official agency, that was so clearly bogus from the start that I laughed all the way through. Strange Indian accent.
