Who called from 2097828675

Not sure who the f*** this is, but I'll just remember not to answer next time they call.

Harassing phone call. Person with an foreign  accent.

Want to lower my credit card rate.
I have Comcast phone that lets me block 25 numbers.  They only call me once now.

Test is a repeat caller to our DNC registered landline on 10/01/2014@  05:49 PM from Jamestown, CA.
I had already Blacklisted this number on our Panasonic phone. The phone never rang. The Caller ID history is the only evidence they called again.
Apparently this is the "Second and final chance" scam that started with Rachel about 4 years ago and has metastasized into hundreds of numbers, dozens of robo-women and close to 1500 calls.
They will also call on numbers similar to your own so you'll think it's a local caller. I have received 2 calls from myself in the last 3 weeks!  Do be fooled, just Blacklist any number you can't verify as valid.
This number has only called twice, but another number for the same scam from Scranton PA, called every day in September. Sometimes twice a day.
