Yes received a familiar CCS call. Yes agreed about debt collector agencies under various disguises preying on consumers, relatives, friends and others. Family related calls received from Verizon, AFNI, Midland, CBE Group, Pinnacle, then Allied Interstate(iQor), Portfolio Recovery(PRA), NCO Group that extended to United Recovery Systems, CAB Asset Management, Everest, Convergys, then extending to USAA, Ocwen, Client Services Inc, Stoneleigh, Verifications Inc, First Advantage, and Accurint. I have received many predatory abusive non-disclosure debt collection calls from those you've mentioned and others. Well documented throughout 800notes and other online websites. This number plus another "test 231-267-8110"

Thanks for the reply. Neither of our posts are saying that there are NOT scammers using the credit card services calls. But, we both associate those same calls received as credit card services and others as also used by debt collectors to make abusive and exploitative calls to alleged debtors their relatives friends and others.
I did read with humor your method of handling autodialed robo calls but I'm more the ask for business name, address, headquarters location, and phone number. I get more satisfaction from receiving information from callers that I can add to 800notes disclosing who is calling.

This prerecorded message telemarketer called me TWICE today to offer lower credit card rates since I "pay my bills on time." Do not know how they know if I pay my bills on time or not and am not intrested in their offer in any case. They offered me the option of hitting #3 to receive no further calls but then ignore that.
I have researched online to purchase a call blocker device that you plug into your phone line. I am buying both the CPR call blocking model V 202 and the Sentry 2. Amazon reviews has great feed back from customers about them. What one lacks the other takes care of. Also Go to youtube and search that model number to see what it does. if you plug it in a certain way you won't be able to use your caller ID. But it's a simple fix or switching is very simple not complicated check it out. believe me I have no invested interest in this device at all. I just want to have peace and quiet like you no phone calls.
