Yes, caller ID said "test".  Then the recording proceeded to tell me that since I paid my credit card payment on time, they can lower my interest rate..... (Well, I have no interest rate on my account because I always pay in full and on time.)  So I pushed #1 for real rep and I asked what this was all about being a "test".  He hung up on me...

Called at 9:21A.M. from this number 209-782-8675 , no message nor company name. I am on the donot call list.

Called our DNC registered landline on 09/16/2014 @ 01:31 PM from Jamestown, CA. Caller ID shows (209) 782-8675 twice. No message was left. This sounds like one of the evolutionary branches of Rachel from Card Services.
I have Blacklisted this number. If this number calls again it will be registered to Caller ID history, but the phone will never ring.

Just got a call from 209-782-8675...hit 1 to speak with someone. ..man with heavy accent answers. ..I ask to please remove my number.....man tells me to "[***] off" and hangs up!!! Ofcourse....you CANT call back!!! Keep hiding behind that phone tough guy!

Said Test - Guess they are testing to see if I am stupid enough to pick up the phone. Only answer my calls for people I know.

Wish they could stop them but they say for every 1 caught 100 more come out of the woodwork. And to think we pay for this crap.
