Called AT&T to complain. It is not thier number. They suggested I file a complaint with www.puc.state.tx.us the Texas Public Utilities Commission. They ahve a neat on line complaint form to fill in and tell them about this type of call.
This is an auto dialer since it hit both my unlisted numbers. I suggest everyone complain to the PUC.

I received a call from this number today, caller ID said only TX they left no message. The call was at 1345hrs. I also googled and the number came up listed to John Wang.
I received a call from this number today,caller ID read Tx. 210-223-3656 no name at 1237hrs. I was waiting for a call from my sister when this call came in and answered it . The caller would not identify him self ans asked to speak with A " Robert " . When S1 advised the caller that there was no one by that name the caller read out my phone number to confirm he dialed the phone number he had for "Robert" and then hung up. I googled the number and found a listing for a "John Wang" at 606 N. Pressa St. Downtown San Antonio a few blocks from the ATT corp. office and IBC. Bank.
We have been receiving calls for the last two weeks. Same info when call back the number; not a working number. Shows on caller ID as TX 210-223-3656. Disconnects when answered and no message is left. It is a San Antonio number.
Got a call from this number a few minutes ago, but it stopped ringing before I could answer. I live in San Antonio, tried returning the call, got recording "your call cannot be completed as dialed".
I live in San Antonio and received a call from this number too. Got the recording "your call cannot be ...". Does anybody know how to find out who is "spoofing" that number or how to counter it? I get the impression that there is more than one of these going on.
