Called AT&T to complain. It is not thier number. They suggested I file a complaint with www.puc.state.tx.us the Texas Public Utilities Commission. They ahve a neat on line complaint form to fill in and tell them about this type of call.
This is an auto dialer since it hit both my unlisted numbers. I suggest everyone complain to the PUC.

We got a call from this number in the middle of the night and during the day it turned out to be a law firm at 606 north presa in san antonio that engages in harassment techniques on behalf of bogus bill collectors
Got a call from the same number 210-223-3656 on my cell. rang only once.
Did not try to call back. did a search on the number and got to this site. So I'll report and erase the call from my phone.
I got this call too and was suspicious since I live in San Antonio. I let it go to voice mail and they didn't leave one. I Don't owe anyone anything so they better leave me alone or I will drive downtown and let them have it in person! If they are really at that address. There are so many leeches out there.
saw this call on my caller id today (10/4/07, 6:35 pm) & got the wang name &
presa address as well when googled...I live in SA, so I shall drive to that address and see what I find (although I don't think I will knock on the door, lol). will update with the outcome...
