This number showed up on my caller ID saying also "San Antonio, TX". I just called the number back. There was a recording of a man's voice promoting Magic Jack and making phone calls for free, but then said this was an unassigned Magic Jack phone number.
The very bored representative hung up on me! I told him I pressed one to tell him it is hilarious to make me an offer for a solar security sign because I live so far out in the country that when someone reaches my home they are lost. At some point, I realised he was no longer on the line.
