Claims to be GE Security calling to install on Onstar Home Security system for 5 homes free in your neighborhood. GE Security Systems: "Press 1 if you agree to let us install a solar-powered sign in your front yard." (Nothing about an in-house security system to back it up.)
No option given to be removed from their robo -calling, etc...
Scammers using Google and Magic Jack numbers pretending to offer security systems. They use any information you give to case your house and rip you off. Don't answer ANY Google or Magic Jack numbers as they are used mostly by con artists.
This is a security system robo call for a free sign. I am on the do not call list. Don't see how this is legal.
I have call rejection with my Phone company, Centurylink. i press star 78 and i can have a list of up to 25 calling numbers or the area code only, as i did today to block all of Texas a/c 210 robo calls. Don't know anyone there anymore anyway. I'm up to 18 and it's been very good. Less than one a week from scammers.

On Christmas Day??? Really??? Then twice more so far today (12/26). I should answer and tell them I live in an apartment and my landlord won't let me alter my unit in any way. (I don't, but would they know?). Maybe then, they'd leave me alone...
