My wife Received this called from Interstae locating service. Said they had a complaint and i had to call back in a certain amount of time or it would be served as a warrant. Wife asked what the complaint was,her name was Bree something...Said she had it in front of her but she couldnt open it....sound like a big bunch of [***] to me.. Everyone I know can get intouch with me...My wife was at a upstairs phone and couldnt see the id...We never answer phone if we dont know the number except this one time..Smells fishy and [***] to me
Got a call today about a relative of mine. They wanted to know if someone would be at our address to sign for papers for a relative. Told her that this relative doesn't live with us. She asked if I have contact with him. She gave me a phone number for him to call and a file number. She said it was about a complaint and summons.
I received this call moments ago. I know enough to know questions to ask. I think she was thrown off by questions, especially when I asked for her name --- Lisa Battle. (Not sure if this is correct or not.) She had a claim number but said she did not know what was in the envelope. Thank you for providing information.
