Was on phone when they call so sent text message that I was busy. When I called this number back I got a recording that the Verizon number I called was no longer in service. Sounds like illegal spoofing and reported to FTC
Call Verizon (866-738-8609) to report this number as being spoofed as I did and they will put in an investigation to the Phishing Department. The more calls about this increases the possibility of them getting caught!

It's a way for a debt collector to find out if they may be on the right track, the cruise offer is just a "front", in case you actually attempt to "win" a free cruise, there is no trip and the call is auto dropped...after we establish that you answer that phone, we call you from another number in an effort to inform of your debt and arrange payment of the debt. Oh, and if you call the number back, we record your call in number which verifies that you got the first call and DO use that phone number....
