I've answered this call 3 times in the last three weeks. It says "San Antonio, TX" on my caller ID (maybe USAA?). Yes, I actually answer calls unlike most people. When I answered, there is a recording that says "This is a call from (blank). To accept this call press 1, to leave a voicemail press 2." I hung up the past two times they called but today I pressed 1 in an effort to get them to take me off whatever list they got my number from, then it immediately hung up when I pressed 1. Odd. I am now blocking this number.
I have been receiving calls from this number for some time. When I look it up online, it is identified as an area code from San Antonio, TX but the full number is identified as Level 3 Communications, LLC out of Broomfield, CO. No one says anything, and when I call the number back, there is a message about "You don't have this type of call covered in your package, to expand..."
