i keep getting the same calls.. over and over.. get real scammers who just sits around with an attorney on call .. not everyone can afford them.. this is ridiculous.. how did they get my number without getting into my computer.. i don't buy anything online.. sad thing is i get many of these scam calls from different numbers.. whats up with this ....
I have been called for the last 3 days by these people. All 3 times the same message as stated a few times on this board. Today, I called them back and asked them who they were trying to reach. The lady on the phone stated my name and I asked her "what do you need him for" never acknowledging that it was me. She proceeded to give me the usual that has been stated here about a warrant related to a payday loan from a company that, while I have heard of it, I have never received any money from. What's important to note here is that it is not legal for them to discuss any information with anyone other than the person they are trying to contact and they are required to confirm that they are in fact speaking to that individual BEFORE discussing anything. Didn't happen in my case. After listening for a minute or 2, I then confronted her with the information contained on this page in the illegal nature of her discussing the issue without verifying my identity at which point she promptly hung up on me. Don't fall for it folks.....scam artists are more active than ever and will go to extreme ends to scare you into giving them the real information they are after.
Why dont we turn the tables and all of us start calling them a minute or so apart!! Everyone can sign up for a certain time. We can jam up their phone lines and abuse them.
YOU ARE SO RIGHT on turning the tables on THIS SCUM and I DO it EVERY CHANCE I GET by calling them back over and over!!! WASTING their time at this point is the ONLY thing that WE ALL can DO!!!! JAM THEIR LINES UP PEOPLE with EVERY CHANCE YOU GET!!!!!!!
