The only way to stop these people is to report it to the FTC. They don't resolve individual complaints BUT if enough us call and file a complaint, they will refer it to an enforcement agency that WILL put these people in jail. I have submitted my complaint. They have called repeatedly and left messages threatening an arrest warrant. At one time I tried to give my attorneys number and the man disconnected immediately. This has not stopped them from calling back. We are no longer answering their calls.
Getting same calls and asking for money for Advance America. Told me there was a warrant out for my arrest and he could stop it if I gave him money that day.
