Call themselves an "arbirtration" or "mediation" firm.  Which is scam double-talk for debt collector. No idea where they are located.  They have a history of debt scamming on 800notes.  Ignore their calls.

BTW, I've seen a million sites like this.  Very simplistic.  Probably using Wordpress.  I swear they use the same photos on every one.  If they were a legitimate "firm", they would list a physical mailing address, staff directory and other pertinent information.  Instead, you see a generic template with the tired old pic of some smiling guy in a suit, which they probably stole from a totally unrelated website or a Google search.  Professional firms hire or contract IT personnel to produce a quality site.  This thing was thrown together with simplistic publishing software that a 4th-grader could grasp.  Sure sign of a scam site.  They'll likely take it down in a few months, register a new domain, change the name on the template and throw it back up as-is.  Too bad the poor schmuck in the photo doesn't know his image is being used to rip people off.

These people are definite scammers of the worsts kinds. They called me I owed on something that I know is 20 years ago  but the funny thing is I have a copy of my credit report that shows that this account was in good standing and never once paid late as well as closed by my request. They some how get there hands on your information and hope that you cant remember that far and if  you were ever delinquent or owed money in the past they will feed off that in hopes that you give them your money. These  people will often change their names and phone numbers and continue to call but never send a letter. They track our information from internet searches and will even contact relatives. I believe they will one day be stopped but for now all we can do is report them and reject their calls.

Also, those positive comments on their behalf above are clearly from them. They think we are stupid..I hate to say the stupid ones are the ones that give them the money because its actually quite sad they could be our parents, grandparents that are scared into paying.
