This number just called me. I answered once, no response on the other end. I will never answer again. Because of the economy there are hundreds of scams and fake bill collectors out there trying to make money.
Report this guy to all of the authorities you can and make sure you notify your social security office and the credit bureaus. He had all of my personal information. SCARY!!!
He read me my social, address, bank account, phone#, work info, AND as far as telling me contact information for 2 of my friends. This guys needs to get caught!! I'm sure that there are ppl out there that are gulible enough to fall for this scam.
This site helped me a lot. I was getting nervous. I got pissed and hung up on dude. And was worrying to make sure it was a scam. He said my last four social, my home address, and friends name, and my old job, but what made me know it was a scam is that he was giving old info. I stop working there, gave me an email address that I deleted a long time ago, and gave me an old address (I moved).
I just received a phone call at work from this company telling me the same thing that i have a Payday loan with QuickCash that is delinquent. They had all my information correct and it is scary. Damn scam companies, so I called Equifax and they helped me with steps to take so they dont open accounts against my name. This is so freaking crazy and hope they catch the people that is conducting such acts.
