I owe Verizon my last month's bill after switching to T-Mobile, this number just called me so it may be a legitimate Verizon collector. I use the term legitimate loosely.
Have you tried to call it back? I tried and got a recorded msg that "....Verizon wireless number. It's discontinued or no longer in service". Therefore, it's not legitimate to me.
Just received call on my cell from this #. I typically don't answer calls from numbers that I dont recognize but this time I answered it. I said "hello" but no one responded. Again repeated "hello" but still no response. I could hear someone on the line but they didn't answer and then they just hung up. I will be adding # to my block list.
