I would ever call a number that I thought might have been spoofed. The last thing I want to do is to bother somebody that had no connection to the call. If the number was not spoofed, then returning the call could lead to an increase in unwanted calls.
57 calls in 1.5 hours. Tried to answer but could not get a human. Most times while trying to answer they were calling me again. Cruise scam that is not really about a cruise. Actually "answered" their survey with non-sense answers and still not able to talk to a real person. Call back says it is a non-working number.
The company behind these calls is The Survey Association, located at 548 Market St San Francisco, CA 94104-5401. Their phone number is 713-493-2566. The website is http://surveyassociation.org, and there is a tab on the site to remove your number from their list. http://surveyassociation.org/remove.php They still call me so now I file a complaint because I can provide the info for who is behind them and hopefully eventually they'll be fined.
