This is a SCAM! Your computer will end up infected and
you will be out any money you give them. DONT FALL FOR IT!

Person claims to be from Microsoft. Claims I have error messages that are erasing my memory on computer, wants me to give access to my computer.

Received a call from a telemarketing operation identifying themselves as microsoft technical support and they identified that I have a virus that norton and Mcaffee cannot address called byte bandit.  This is a virus that was originally developed in 1988.  I would think that by now mcaffee would address this virus.  They are asking to load remote software on my machine to remote control it instead of offering advice on how to resolve the virus.

I have not heard of them before and they wanted to load remote access on my machine.  I just said no.

i had a conversation with them
they just take your computer control only to rectify our problems.
that's all.........

they showed me each and every proof regarding microsoft certified engineers

it all depends upon the our faith
if we feel satisfied then itz fine............
if not then its your problem

it may like that
someother party must have called you by their name

so that's why  you are saying this is a scam

BEING [removed:lang] AND THEN CRY FOR REVENGE  is not a reason to defame others.

They are helping me since last 8 months
