Stop giving anonymous posts over here because you might be a scam arist yourself.Search for this phone number on white pages. For usage of this website by ethical people, Names should be properly given along with a valid reason because you might be stopping some ethical people from doing their job.

Its true that the organization does error handling with Microsoft Windows. You should understand they try to do remote desktop sharing in an ethical way which can be done unethically very easily. So this is the biggest proof of genuinity of those persons because I myself is an IT professional and I am happy with the services that they provide over the phone. And , yes its true that Macafee or Norton is not able to deactivate or even detect this file. They know what actually do harm the windows operating system.
Reading all this stuff I got frightened and called them back because I had paid for the support.They do receive the call and solve the problems that you have and they are actually the microsoft certified engineers because they can exactly tell you about the twist and turns of your computer just by retracing your IP Address. My computer had trojan horse which was successfully removed by them that even Norton was not able to do completely.My computer's problem is solved now.
