Ya, I got it too, mine was from the "US treasury", final notice that they received a legal petition notice concerning a tax fraud against me and to call asap. 2133428377. I also received another one, a final notice from the IRS because they are filing a lawsuit against me 8882152217. I looked up posts about that number and someone said that they called the number and it was something about the elderly. So annoying.
Ignore these criminals. The IRS does not communicate this way. Here is the IRS press release:

The guy said I had committed tax fraud and the police would be at my home to arrest me within 45 minutes. He had an Indian accent. He got quite huffy when I said I didn't believe him.
