Just got this call and did not answer. I tried calling back because my mom is visiting LA and the call never when through so looked up the number to be sure. Thanks 800 notes! I then googled this and the IRS has issued a warning for phone calls exactly like this - http://www.irs.gov/uac/Newsroom/Phone-Scams-C ... 5-Filing-Season

It's a 1940 LaSalle, Model 50. Poor man's Cadillac. Just about all those Detroit pre-war coupes are pretty nice. Put a modern engine in 'em, upgrade the brakes, add seat belts and they make pretty decent street cruisers.
SCAM, well known scamming number. They will say they are with IRS. They will try and intimidate you with with threat of arrest, hang up immediately and report! DO NOT ANSWER! DO NOT CALL BACK!
Caller said that I won a prize from Walmart for visiting one of their websites. Caller advise to dial 1 for the prize or dial 2 to be listed on the do not call registry. Sounds like a scam either way.
