i got a call from a wmn claims they had a case i had my atty to look in to this .... need less to say they are in fact a law office they actually sue ..
Thanks for your response. i guess it just makes me nervous. Yes, I did have a payday loan, but it was over 5 years ago. The guy had all my info., addresses, phone #'s, last 4 of social, etc. He really did sound legit. After i thought about it for awhile it sounded fishy. No one deserves to lose any $ to any scammer what so ever! Thanks for your input anyway.

Had a voice mail from this phone number. Said his name was Derek Smith with the Law Firm of C. Oliver Winslow. He was trying to get in touch with an "Eric" with the last four SS digits of 2816 for a pending litigation out of our county (which he couldn't pronounce). His "desk phone" is the 213-458-7005 number. I immediately googled both the Winslow name and the number and they all say it's a scam. Good to know.
This number is a vs number excuse for a collection or whatever they are. I got a call duhhhh Law Firm I said I think Igor the wrong number. Female says oh I think you know who this. I was like how many brain cells are you counting. Called back told them they are a scam and they got all kissed about it say they are legitimate infallibility. Nffff please.
