i got a call from a wmn claims they had a case i had my atty to look in to this .... need less to say they are in fact a law office they actually sue ..
Robo call, pressed "1" as requested, the phone rang as the call got transferred. Lady picks up talking so fast I could barely get the name but I heard the "Winslow" name. She then asks if she can help me. I point out that they called me and she hung up. I think I am going to try to pay them a visit and see what the deal is.
I gave this number to my attorney, as they kept stating they will pick me up at my place of work or home to arrest me. First thing first collection agencies do not do that , it is illegal, secondly when my attorney called them and when he stated who he was and will start a process of investigating them and report them to the new York state commissioner office they quickly hung up the phone and when my attorney called back no one picked up.

A call is NOT legal notification. Neither is a Fax or an e-mail. Here is a link for you. Do NOT call back or interact with these crooks. They will just keep calling and making threats. Notice how they skate around the debt collector label by saying they are a notification service. The language they use is pure bs, and is supposed to sound scary and legal. There is no filing, no warrant for your arrest. No one coming to you home of job with "papers". Hang Tough. Ignore and block the calls.
