Is there no way to stop these scammers? Just since 7/12 they have called from three different numbers:

800-288-2020
213-519-5751
Overall I have recorded their use of twelve different numbers since last October with multiple calls from each number. If this is not harassment I guess I don’t know what harassment means.
This is apparently a California company making calls within California ignoring both Cal PUC and Federal regulations.
Try to block them and it works for a while but they just switch their calling number and the calls continue.

When you get a robocall like this, connect to a "live" person and tell them: "Thanks to your call, we have been able to trace exactly where you are" and hang up.
