Is there no way to stop these scammers? Just since 7/12 they have called from three different numbers:

213-519-5751
Overall I have recorded their use of twelve different numbers since last October with multiple calls from each number. If this is not harassment I guess I don’t know what harassment means.
This is apparently a California company making calls within California ignoring both Cal PUC and Federal regulations.
Try to block them and it works for a while but they just switch their calling number and the calls continue.
Keep getting calls from 213-519-5751. When I pick up, nobody answers, when I call back, I get message that number has been changed or is no longer in service. Found info on website that it is either marketing or prank or scam ...
Frequent calls from this scammer number ask address to which a so-called order for medical equipment ("already paid for") can be delivered. Senior citizens seem the target group. This is not a recording, and I reply as emphatically as possible that no damn medical equipment has been ordered. The calls keep coming.
This number as some other numbers call in a number of times per day... this is criminal related, often an Indian accent voice ask our name, ... I told him/her, you are criminal, your voice is recording, your line is tracing you go to jail, He or she reply me " you come with me!"... My email and credit cards have been
used by un authorized person.... the call in, is a kind of verification for them for them, benefit them for their
purpose... it is not only disturbtion, it is criminal action... for years... why can't stop them... please help to stop
them....
