Is there no way to stop these scammers? Just since 7/12 they have called from three different numbers:

Overall I have recorded their use of twelve different numbers since last October with multiple calls from each number. If this is not harassment I guess I don’t know what harassment means.
This is apparently a California company making calls within California ignoring both Cal PUC and Federal regulations.
Try to block them and it works for a while but they just switch their calling number and the calls continue.
Receive calls from this phone number just about every day. Each time I answer no one is on the other end. I suspect it is a marketing call automatically dialed from a computer. So annoying. I don't answer it anymore.
I am suspicious of calls I receive without a company name in the Caller ID. I have subscribed to anonymous call rejection that blocks many generically ID’d calls. These telemarketers then change the ID to something that appears legitimate to bypass the block. This one has the ID “CALIFORNIA CALL” that was used previously by “Air Duct Cleaning” and “Senior Scam” groups as well as others. Best bet is, like others, just don’t answer.
Received a call; man on other end stating he was from the shipping department for "Medic Alert". Phone identified this as an unknown caller. Proceeded to go into his jargon.... I then told him directly that his called is now recorded as a "harassment call" and I'm reporting him to AT&T security as such. I then got an "ummm" out of him and then I hung up. Scam targeted at seniors; Spokeo identifies the ages of people at their residences and these scam artists uses this directory. Nearly impossible to remove info from Spokeo.
Received calls from this number 213-519-5751 for Emergency Medical System something like a life alert for you or a family member. They said it was free and postage is already paid for. I'm pretty sure it's a scam.
