Caller claimed to be an AT&T supervisor, asked if my new services were activated or not. Caller refused to provide any identifying or authenticating information.
I have confirmed with AT&T that the call was a phishing/vishing call.
213-603-4318 is serviced by 360 Networks, which is a CLEC (and part of Zayo, the parent company of a bunch of different Telcos).
I do not know if the caller-id was spoofed or not, as I did not call back. The actual end-user of the phone number may or may not actually be involved in the scam.
