The WORST thing you can do with these scammers is answer the phone or call back the number that they called from! That tells the scammers that the number they've called is actually a working number, and from then on you will be BARRAGED with calls from these idiots! Get a Panasonic call blocking phone and block their number after they call the first time--then the next time they call your phone will ring once and disconnect the call. It's very effective at fooling the scammers into thinking they've reached a disconnected number or one that is not in service. The Panasonic call blocking phones aren't that expensive--I bought a refurbished 250 number memory model for less than $50 on Amazon. Be sure to get the 250 number memory model, though--it won't take more than a few weeks to fill up the 30 memory phone with blocked numbers since these overseas [***] kept changing numbers constantly.
Call blocking devices are less then that and provide up to 1500 numbers, area codes and private and unknown name & number blocking. Please do not use brand names, its considered advertising and there is a forum thread on all the different way's, free programs and devices out there where it is permissible to name them. .

Got 12 missed calls from this within an hour. Finally answered one and told them not to call me because they were waking my baby. The Indian woman on the line told me I was going to suffer for not speaking to her. Wtf.
