Just got a call from this number...guy with a very thick accent says my Yahoo email was being hacked, that someone from my email address was sending spam to Russia and China. He tells me I have to secure my email account, telling me I have to hold the flag key (next to ctrl) and the "R" key. I immediately hung up and changed my email password. These people must work overtime trying to scam us, because I get calls like this all the time, and calls about money owed to me from the US government.
Just got call but thank goodness it was blocked by my call blocker. Got 4 other calls today that only shoes out of area with no number ( also blocked ) so I suspect this is the same scammer desperately trying to get me to answer - sucker ain't never going to happen. Nearing the holidays they seem to be getting desperate
Man with thick Indian accent asked for my wife by name, when I told him she was at work he said no she is my wife. So I said you have the wrong number and he said I'm going to be screwing your wife tonight. So I said I hope you enjoy yourself and hung up. I immediately called Comcast to have the number blocked.
The caller asked if I would commit to a certain amount of money to give to the starving Indian elders and kids. When I asked where he was calling from and what tribes the money would go to he said the four corners. He finally said he was calling from Manilla and gave an excuse. I don't think so.
